Steps:
1. AFFORDABLE AUSTIN WASTE works cooperatively with the property management to determine a customized collection plan.
2. Tenants and staff are outreached and educated by AFFORDABLE AUSTIN WASTE Employees on how to follow guidelines.
3. Complex residents place their trash in provided receptacles (at designated time/day) outside their
door.
4. AFFORDABLE AUSTIN WASTE uniformed Service Porters arrive on-site in a marked vehicle and proceed door-to-door securely collecting the trash from each individual unit.
5. Trash is then delivered to and placed in the on-site dumpster.
6. Service Porters will then make an inspection of the grounds and breezeways for loose items and litter.
7. Once all items are collected, proper transportation and hauling to the on site dumpsters will take place.
